ABOUT ME
I am an E-RYT® 500 yoga teacher qualified in teaching styles such as Ashtanga, Hatha, Prana Mandala, Rocket, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, meditation and Chakra philosophy.
A passion for health and fitness started years ago brought me to become a personal trainer.
In the search for something more meaningful and spiritual to help overcome depression I started practicing yoga. Eventually spending loads of time in south-east Asia and India becoming a yoga teacher.
I am an international yoga teacher that has been practicing and actively teaching around the world different styles of yoga and meditation techniques for years.
I now run courses and teacher trainings in the UK and in Italy (in Italian :-D).
My teachings are about cultivating awareness of body, breath, mind, creating an environment where students can explore, grow and develop, challenging themselves while having fun.
